Our team responds to 911 emergency calls and provides preventative medical intervention and solutions to our community.
The successful candidate will provide strategic oversight and direction to the Community Care Program, supervising the performance and workflow of our Community Care Provider staff.
As the program lead, this position will participate in planning, development and achieving goals and initiatives to grow service and support in our community.
This position will work a 40 hour week with occasional weekend and OT work required.
