As a Warehouse Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all incoming products meet our stringent quality standards and are ready for sale.
Your efficiency and accuracy in shipping, handling tasks, such as barcode labeling, bagging bulk products, and using equipment, will be paramount to the success of our operations.
Assist with inspecting all incoming products to guarantee their quality and completeness.
Label barcodes and/or bag bulk products for retail sales with 100% efficiency and accuracy.
Utilize various equipment, including counting scales, heat sealers, and label printers, to ensure smooth operations.
Demonstrate the ability to lift and/or carry items up to 70 pounds safely.
Efficiently pick products for customer orders, ensuring accuracy and speed in the process.
Follow the packing process diligently to ensure orders are shipped on time and with 80% efficiency rate.
Restock inventory locations to maintain optimal stock levels.
Take initiative in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
Basic mathematical skills to facilitate accurate counting and labeling.
Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods.
Physical strength and stamina to lift and carry heavy items as required.
Strong organizational skills to efficiently manage order picking and packing processes.
Previous experience in warehouse operations or quality control is a plus.
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Strict adherence to attendance and punctuality is essential in our work environment.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
