Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently - Collect and organize customer information and data - Enter orders and process invoices - Assist with clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and photocopying - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues or inquiries
Experience:
- Previous experience in an office or customer service role preferred - Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) - Excellent typing speed and accuracy - Familiarity with data entry processes and software - Basic math skills for order entry and invoicing - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively We offer competitive pay and benefits package.
